Custom design
After a thorough evaluation of the client’s needs, we offer customized solutions that incorporate cutting-edge design strategies when appropriate. Our team of experts is highly qualified in hardware design for electronic boards and boasts extensive experience in the use of microcontrollers, in the development of input/output stages, and in the selection of discrete components.
Our versatility in working across different sectors gives us a broad repertoire in the treatment and conditioning of electrical signals.
We hold specific expertise in creating firmware for various microcontroller families, with the option to develop source codes from scratch or collaborate with the client to integrate existing codes.
We are capable of internally managing the design of custom software for PCs and embedded environments.
Our technical office has an industrialization department dedicated to CAD PCB realization and interfacing with external mechanical designers or those chosen by the client.
We internally manage component procurement, the creation of specific client-divided homologous lists, and the management of component storage situations and their replacement.

Hardware Design: Realization of hardware projects and electrical schematics for multiple sectors
Software Design: Realization of PC software, embedded software in different environments (Windows, Linux, etc.) using various programming languages
Firmware Design: Realization of firmware for microcontrollers of different families, according to client specifications
PCB Design: Realization of PCB projects with attention to electrical and mechanical specifications. Production of the necessary documentation for production and realization of BOM lists for the client or assembler
Mechanical Design: Sharing of mechanical information, analysis of drawings sent by clients, 3D analysis for electronic-mechanical integration, ex novo design of mechanical parts with external collaborators.
Prototype Development
Our products are developed and prototyped with meticulous attention, all in synergy with the client. This approach allows us to provide a customized solution that meets the specific needs of the client in every facet. In particular, we create:
Electronic board prototypes
Thanks to the assembly of PCBs both internally and through external partners, we provide samples that faithfully replicate the final product. These can be used for testing, demonstrations, and small pre-series by clients.
Mechanical prototypes
Made internally for small sizes and medium quantities, or in collaboration with partner companies. Our mechanical samples are essential for analyzing the finished product and useful for demonstrations or demonstration installations.
Specialized production
We have a highly specialized production department capable of handling various degrees of assembly: from the creation of individual components to the final product, packaged and ready for distribution.
We produce samples and pre-series for client approval and ensure production thanks to partnerships with selected SMD assembly suppliers, in addition to an internal department dedicated to small and medium-scale productions.
Post-Sale support
Our commitment does not end with the sale; we offer a complete and responsive assistance service, always available to meet any client needs, including repair service on the products we have made.
